Shipping and Sales Policies

All plants are shipped bare root, unless otherwise noted.
Plants are generally shipped on Mondays, and are sent USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is emailed to the buyer upon shipping.
The right to delay shipping during periods of adverse conditions, such as excessive heat or cold, is reserved. Items ordered will be shipped as soon as weather permits. Please contact us if you have questions.
If merchandise arrives in poor condition, notify us within 24 hours and send images. Such merchandise will be replaced or refunded, provided these conditions are met.
